– See The Funny Girls Comedy Show, featuring regional female comedians, 7:30 p.m. Sunday in The Abbey Bar [$7, proceeds benefit domestic violence prevention]

Steam Into History during an Open House 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 19 at 2 W. Main St., New Freedom. Read about the history project, which received funding from the Cultural Alliance this week.
– Learn the art of craft beer brewing during a hands-on class 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Juliana’s in the Village, 14 N. Main St., Shrewsbury. [$40, includes beer and wings]
– Take a gander at a signed copy of Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation at The State Museum of Pennsylvania, 300 North St., Harrisburg. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. [$5 for adults and $4 for children and seniors]
